It was close to the highway.
No microwave or fridge in the room.

It was very clean and staff was polite. Big hotel. Pool was very spacious. Breakfast was great.

Terrific location - close to shopping, dining and BGSU.

The breakfast area was very inviting - not like most hotels where the breakfast area looks like was an "afterthought" - very nice area!!

They gave us popcorn at the desk when we asked for it.
Room was just a smaller than we expected.

There was easy access coming from one direction but you had to figure out how to get to the hotel from the other direction.

The AC worked, and the breakfast was included.
The towel bar came loose and I also forgot to mention this to personnel.

It was convenient and the kids still got to go to the pool and hot tub, which was nice as it did not close until 11PM.

This was an excellent value. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was a short drive from a pretty nice shopping area with restaurants. The one downside is its location just off the highway. While there was no highway noise, there were also no sidewalks or anywhere you might go for a walk after a long day's travel that didn't require a drive. In addition, the lack of a real workout facility would make this unattractive for a business traveler. However, the free wireless throughout the hotel was a real plus.
